Setup

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off and Speed Adjustment

To power on the device, press and hold the power button located on the top of the main unit. The LCD screen will illuminate, displaying battery life and current RPM. Adjust the speed from 0 to 35,000 RPM by turning the central knob. Press the knob to switch the rotation direction (Forward/Reverse). To pause operation, briefly press the power button. Press it again to resume.

Drill Bit Installation and Removal

To install a drill bit, ensure the handpiece is powered off. Twist the handpiece collar to unlock it, insert the desired bit, and then twist the collar back to lock it securely in place. To remove a bit, reverse this process. Always ensure the bit is fully seated and locked before operation to prevent accidents.

Maintenance

Regularly clean the drill bits and the handpiece to prevent dust accumulation. Use a soft, dry cloth for the main unit. Avoid using acid-based liquids for cleaning, as this can damage the machine. Common Issues

Drill Not Charging Fully

If the drill does not reach full charge (e.g., the last battery bar doesn't fill), ensure the charging cable and adapter are functioning correctly. Try a different power source or cable. While the device supports working during charging, consistent incomplete charging may indicate an issue with the battery or charging circuit.

Drill Bit Not Secure / Vibrating Excessively

Ensure the drill bit is fully inserted and the handpiece collar is securely locked. Excessive vibration can also be caused by a bent or damaged drill bit; replace if necessary.

Unexpected Direction Change

If the drill changes direction unexpectedly, ensure the direction switch is not accidentally pressed during operation. If the issue persists, contact customer support.

Overheating

The drill is designed with heat dissipation features. If overheating occurs, discontinue use immediately and allow the unit to cool down. Ensure ventilation holes are not obstructed.
