7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your NOVOO Portable Power Bank, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Unit does not turn on:
- Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the power bank to a power source and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes.
- Press and hold the power button for a few seconds to ensure it registers.
- Devices are not charging:
- Check if the power bank is turned on and the respective output (AC, USB-A, Type-C) is activated.
- Verify that the connected device's power consumption does not exceed the port's maximum output (e.g., 100W for AC, 60W for Type-C PD).
- Ensure cables are securely connected and are not damaged.
- For AC output, ensure the "AC Button" is pressed and the AC indicator on the LCD is active.
- Power bank stops charging or turns off unexpectedly:
- This may indicate an overload. Disconnect high-power devices. The power bank has built-in protection mechanisms that will shut down if overloaded or overheated.
- Allow the unit to cool down if it feels warm.
- Ensure the total power draw from all connected devices does not exceed 100W.
- LCD screen is blank or not displaying correctly:
- Try turning the unit off and on again.
- If the issue persists, contact customer support.
Important Safety Note: Do Not Exceed 100W Output
The NOVOO Portable Power Bank is designed to provide up to 100W of power. Attempting to power devices that require more than 100W can damage the power bank and the connected device, and may pose a safety risk. Always check the power requirements of your devices before connecting them.
