  1. Place the cuff on your bare upper arm, approximately 1-2 cm above the elbow joint. The air tube should run down the inside of your arm.
  2. Wrap the cuff snugly around your arm. The one-touch cuff design allows for easy self-application: simply place it on your arm and press with your palm for it to wrap itself.

  1. Sit comfortably with your back supported and feet flat on the floor. Avoid talking or moving during the measurement.
  2. Rest your arm on a table so the cuff is at heart level.
