2. Safety Information

5. Setup

5.1 Wiring the LED Strip Controller

The LM052 controller supports various LED strip types. Ensure correct wiring based on your LED strip configuration. The input voltage of the controller must match the working voltage of the connected LED strip.

5.2 Adjusting Output Mode

After connecting the power supply and the LED strip, you need to adjust the controller's output mode to match your LED strip type. Short press the "SET" button on the controller to cycle through the output modes. The indicator light will flicker in different colors to represent the current mode:

5.4 Smart Life APP Installation

To control your LED strip via smartphone, download the Smart Life APP.

  • Scan the QR code on the controller or search for "Smart Life" in your device's app store (App Store for iOS, Google Play for Android).
  • Install the app and create an account or log in.
  • Add the LM052 controller within the Smart Life APP by following the in-app instructions. This usually involves putting the controller into pairing mode (often by powering it on/off multiple times or holding the SET button) and then searching for devices in the app.

5.5 2.4G RF Remote Control Pairing

The LM052 controller supports pairing with a 2.4GHz RF remote control (e.g., LM091). This allows for direct control without a hub or app.

6. Operation

6.1 Smart Life APP Control

Once paired with the Smart Life APP via your ZigBee hub, you can control your LED strip from anywhere with an internet connection.

6.2 2.4G RF Remote Control Operation

After successful pairing, use the RF remote control for direct and responsive control of your LED strip.

  • Power Button: Turn the lights on or off.
  • Color Wheel: Touch the color wheel to select desired RGB colors.
