3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking the Printer
Carefully remove the printer from its packaging. Remove all protective tapes and packing materials from the exterior and interior of the printer.

3.2 Power Connection
Connect the power cord to the printer and then to a power outlet. The printer features a 90-degree power cord for flexible placement in tight spaces.
3.3 Initial Ink Filling
The ST-C4100 uses Supertank ink bottles. Follow these steps to fill the ink tanks:
- Open the ink tank unit cover on the side of the printer.
- Open the cap for the corresponding color ink tank.
- Uncap the ink bottle and insert it into the filling port. The ink will automatically fill the tank.
- Once the tank is full, remove the bottle and securely close the ink tank cap and the unit cover.

3.4 Paper Loading
Load paper into the 250-sheet capacity paper tray:
- Pull out the paper cassette from the front of the printer.
- Adjust the paper guides to match the size of your paper.
- Load the paper stack print-side down.
- Slide the paper cassette back into the printer.

3.5 Network Connection
The printer supports both wired (Ethernet) and wireless (Wi-Fi) connectivity.
