Setup

Battery Installation

Locate the battery compartment cover at the bottom of the lantern.
Twist the cover counter-clockwise to open it.
Insert three (3) AA batteries into the compartment, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
Replace the battery compartment cover and twist clockwise to secure it.

Operating Instructions

Turning On/Off and Brightness Adjustment

The SUBOOS S360 lantern features a simple pull-up mechanism for activation and brightness control.

To turn on the lantern, gently pull the top section upwards from the base. The light will illuminate.
To adjust brightness, continue pulling the top section further upwards for increased brightness, or push it downwards to decrease brightness.
To turn off the lantern, fully collapse the top section back into the base until the light extinguishes.

Using the Integrated Hook and Magnetic Base

The lantern offers versatile placement options:

Integrated Hook: Extend the metal handles upwards to form a hook. This allows the lantern to be hung from branches, tent poles, or other suitable fixtures.
Magnetic Base: The base of the lantern contains strong magnets. Attach the lantern securely to any metallic surface, such as a car hood, toolbox, or metal frame, for hands-free illumination.

Maintenance

Cleaning

To clean the lantern, wipe its exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the lantern in water.

Battery Replacement

When the light output diminishes, it is time to replace the batteries. Follow the "Battery Installation" steps in the Setup section to replace the three (3) AA batteries. Always replace all three batteries at the same time with new ones for optimal performance.

Storage

If the lantern will not be used for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage and store the lantern in a cool, dry place.

Troubleshooting
