Operating Instructions
Fan Speed Control
The fan speed is controlled by a pull chain. Pull the chain repeatedly to cycle through the three available fan speed settings (High, Medium, Low) and Off.
Light Operation
The integrated light kit is operated by a separate pull chain. Pull the chain to turn the lights On or Off. The included LED bulbs are dimmable; however, an accessory wall or remote control (sold separately) is required for dimming functionality.
Reversible Blade Function
To change the direction of airflow for seasonal comfort, locate the reverse switch on the fan motor housing. In warm weather, set the switch to circulate air downward, creating a cooling effect. In cool weather, set the switch to circulate air upward, redistributing warm air without creating a draft.
Maintenance
Cleaning
To clean the fan, wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these may damage the finish or electrical components. Ensure power is disconnected before cleaning.
Bulb Replacement
The fan uses 8.5-Watt LED bulbs. When replacing bulbs, ensure the power is off and allow bulbs to cool. Use only LED bulbs of the same wattage and base type to maintain optimal performance and energy efficiency.
Troubleshooting
If you experience issues with your ceiling fan, consult the following common troubleshooting steps:
- Fan Does Not Start: Check circuit breaker and wall switch. Ensure all wire connections are secure.
- Lights Do Not Work: Verify bulbs are correctly installed and not loose. Check the light pull chain. Ensure power is supplied to the light kit.
- Excessive Wobbling: Ensure all blade screws are tightened. Check that the fan is securely mounted to the ceiling junction box. Balance kit may be required (not included).
- Noisy Operation: Confirm all screws are tight. Check for any loose parts or obstructions.
If problems persist after attempting these steps, contact customer support.
