3.1 System Requirements

  • Operating System: Windows 10/8/7/Vista/2000 (Not compatible with Mac OS / Chrome OS / MacBook / Chrome Book)

The SD-3000NC is capable of high-speed scanning for documents up to A4 size.

  1. Open the NETUMScan Pro software on your computer.
  2. Place the document you wish to scan on the soft position pad, ensuring it is within the marked A4 scanning area.
  3. Adjust the document camera's position if necessary to ensure the document is fully visible in the software's preview window.
  4. Utilize the adjustable LED lights on the camera head to ensure optimal illumination and reduce shadows.
  5. In the software, select your desired scan mode (e.g., single page, multiple pages) and output format (e.g., PDF, JPG, Word, Excel, TIFF).
  6. Click the 'Scan' or 'Capture' button within the software. The device supports automatic cropping and image segmentation.
  7. For documents with text, enable the OCR function in the software to convert scanned images into editable text in over 100 languages.

4.3 Video Recording

The device supports video recording capabilities through its software.

  1. Within the NETUMScan Pro software, navigate to the video recording section.
  2. Select the desired video format (e.g., AVI) and adjust any other settings as needed.
  3. Click the 'Record' button to begin capturing video.
  4. Click 'Stop' to end the recording. The video file will be saved to your specified output folder.
