Setup
- Power Connection: Locate your vehicle's 12V power outlet socket (cigarette lighter socket). Insert the inflator's power plug firmly into the socket.
- Hose Connection: Ensure the air hose is securely attached to the inflator unit.
- Tire Valve Connection: Remove the dust cap from the tire valve. Firmly screw the inflator's hose connector onto the tire valve stem until it is secure and no air leaks are heard.
- Adaptor Use (if applicable): For inflating items other than vehicle tires (e.g., sports balls, air mattresses), select the appropriate adaptor from the three-piece set. Screw or push the adaptor onto the end of the inflator's hose, then connect it to the item's valve.

Operating Instructions
- Power On: Once connected to the 12V power source and the tire/item, the digital display should illuminate.
- Select Pressure Unit: Use the unit selection button (if available) to cycle through PSI, KPA, or BAR, choosing your desired measurement unit.
- Set Desired Pressure: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to set the target pressure. Refer to your vehicle's owner's manual or the tire's sidewall for recommended tire pressure.
- Start Inflation: Press the power/start button to begin inflation. The inflator will automatically stop once the pre-set pressure is reached.
- Monitor Progress: The backlit LED screen displays the current pressure as it inflates.
- Using the LED Light: If inflating in low-light conditions, activate the integrated LED light for better visibility.
- Using the Bleed Valve: If you over-inflate, use the bleed valve (typically a small button or lever near the hose connector) to release air until the desired pressure is achieved.
- Disconnect: Once inflation is complete and the unit has stopped, disconnect the hose from the tire valve and replace the dust cap. Unplug the inflator from the 12V power outlet.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the inflator unit with a damp cloth to remove dirt and dust. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: After each use, ensure the unit is clean and dry. Store the inflator and its accessories in the provided storage case in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Hose and Cable Inspection: Periodically inspect the air hose and power cable for any signs of wear, cracks, or damage. Do not use the unit if any damage is found.

- Inflator Runs But Does Not Inflate:
- Ensure the air hose is securely connected to both the inflator and the tire valve.
- Check for any kinks or blockages in the air hose.
- Verify that the tire valve is not obstructed or damaged.
- Inaccurate Pressure Readings:
- Ensure the hose connection to the tire valve is tight and there are no air leaks.
- Compare the reading with a known accurate tire pressure gauge if available.
- Unit Overheats:
- Allow the unit to cool down for at least 10-15 minutes before resuming operation.
- Avoid continuous operation for extended periods; follow recommended duty cycles if specified in packaging.
