Multi-function Button:

• Short press: Switch between Wi-Fi and Bluetooth modes.
• Long press (6 seconds) in Wi-Fi mode: Enter Wi-Fi setting mode.
• Long press (6 seconds) in Bluetooth mode: Enter Bluetooth pairing mode.

Indicator Light:

• Wi-Fi Mode:
  • Green (Flashing): Router not connected.
  • Green (Steady): Successfully connected to the router.
• Bluetooth Mode:
  • Blue (Flashing): Bluetooth pairing mode.
  • Blue (Steady): Bluetooth device connected.
• Restore Factory Settings: Green and blue lights display alternately.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your iEAST Olio, please refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:

• No Power: Ensure the USB Type-C cable is securely connected to the device and a 5V 1A USB power source.
• No Sound:
  • Check all audio cable connections (AUX or Optical) between the Olio and your speaker/amplifier.
  • Verify the volume level on both the Olio (via app/voice control) and your connected audio system.
  • Ensure the correct input source is selected on your amplifier/speaker.
• Wi-Fi Connectivity Issues:
  • Ensure the Olio is within range of your Wi-Fi router.
  • Check if the Wi-Fi indicator light is steady green (connected) or flashing (not connected).
  • Restart your Wi-Fi router and the Olio device.
  • Perform a factory reset on the Olio (long press multi-function button for 6 seconds until green and blue lights alternate) and re-attempt setup.
• Bluetooth Pairing Issues:
  • Ensure the Olio is in Bluetooth pairing mode (blue indicator light flashing).
  • Make sure your source device's Bluetooth is enabled and discoverable.
