4. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. It is recommended to assemble the unit on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.

4.1. Prepare Drawer Slides

  1. Separate the inner (G-1) and outer (G-2) parts of the drawer slides.
  2. Attach the G-2 parts to the side panels of the cabinet using screws (H).

4.2. Assemble Cabinet Frame

  1. Insert dowels (A) into the pre-drilled holes on the side panels (3, 5).
  2. Attach the middle vertical panels (9) to the side panels using screws (C) and cam locks (B).
  3. Secure the back panels (7, 8) to the assembled frame using small nails or screws.
  4. Attach the top panel (1) to the frame using dowels and cam locks.
  5. Attach the bottom panel (2) to the frame, ensuring the castor mounting points are facing down.

4.3. Attach Castors

  1. Attach the five castors (N) to the bottom panel (2) using screws (D). Ensure the two brakable castors are positioned at the front for easy access.
  2. Tighten all screws securely.

4.4. Assemble Drawers

  1. Attach the inner drawer slides (G-1) to the drawer side panels using screws (H).
  2. Assemble the drawer box using the drawer front, side, and back panels, securing them with dowels and cam locks.
  3. Slide the drawer bottom panel into the grooves.
  4. Attach the handles (E) to the drawer fronts using screws.
  5. Install the lock (L) on the top drawer front and secure it with screws.
  6. Insert the file hanging rails (K) into the designated slots within the drawers. These are adjustable for Letter Size or A4 files.

4.5. Insert Drawers

Carefully align the assembled drawers with the cabinet's drawer slides and push them in until they click into place.
