Setup

  2. Height Adjustment: Adjust the fence height to accommodate different material thicknesses. Loosen the height adjustment knob, position the fence, and tighten.
  3. Depth Adjustment: The joiner features pre-set stops for standard #0, #10, and #20 biscuits. Select the appropriate stop for your biscuit size. For unique sizes, the depth can be manually adjusted.

Making a Joint

  1. Marking: Mark the desired locations for biscuit slots on both workpieces.
  2. Positioning: Place the workpiece firmly on a stable surface. Align the joiner's fence with your marks.
