Safety Information
- To ensure customers from all over the world can easily charge the product with the worldwide voltage, there is no adapter in the package. The product can be easily charged with a phone adapter, the USB outlet of a power bank/computer/car, which is very convenient.
- The papers used by the printer: international A4 thermal paper (8.27 x 11.6 inches), which is different from American letter paper and not compatible with plain paper.
- Do not use a charger with an output voltage above 5V.

Setup
1. Powering On/Off
Press and hold the power button for approximately 3 seconds until the power indicator light turns on (or off to power down).

2. App Installation & Connection
Download the "Phomemo" app from your device's app store (available for iOS and Android). Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Open the Phomemo app, press the printer icon on the top right, and select "M08F" from the list to connect. For Android, ensure positioning services are enabled and app permissions are granted.

3. Loading Thermal Paper
Thermal paper has a printable side. To identify it, gently scratch one side with your nail; the side that leaves a mark is the printable side. Insert the paper with the printable side facing down into the printer's feeder until the roller pulls the paper to its optimal position.

Operating Instructions
Printing Documents/Images
Once connected and paper is loaded, select "Document print" or "Print Images" in the Phomemo app. Choose the file you wish to print, adjust settings like layout (portrait/landscape) and density if available, and then press the print button. The printer will automatically feed and print your design.

Ensure you only use compatible A4 thermal paper. Using incorrect paper types can damage the print head or result in poor print quality.
Troubleshooting
Common Issues and Solutions:
- Printer not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the printer to a 5V USB power source using the provided cable. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
- Connectivity issues: Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Open the Phomemo app and select the printer from the list. For Android, check positioning services and app permissions. If issues persist, try restarting both the printer and your device.
- Poor print quality: Ensure you are using the correct A4 thermal paper with the printable side facing down. Check if the paper is loaded correctly and is not wrinkled. The printer delivers 203 DPI resolution, suitable for clear line art and text. Blurred or shaded patterns may not print optimally.
- Paper jam: If paper gets stuck, press the two "PUSH" buttons simultaneously on the sides of the printer to open the cover. Gently remove the jammed paper. Close the cover after clearing.
- Printer is out of paper: Load new A4 thermal paper into the printer.
