2. Important Safety Information

- Do not bunch, sit on or against, or crush the pad. Avoid sharp folds.

- Do not use on areas of insensitive skin.
- Do not use with liniments, salves, or ointments, especially those containing heat-producing ingredients, as skin burns could result.

3. Setup
- Unpack the heating pad and controller from its packaging.
- Ensure the power cord and controller are free from damage.
- Connect the heating pad to the controller. Ensure the connection is secure.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Positioning the Heating Pad
The Comfytemp heating pad is designed to cover the neck, shoulders, and back. Its weighted design helps it stay in place. Use the adjustable waist strap and collar snap for a secure fit, allowing for hands-free use.

4.2 Powering On and Selecting Heat Level
- Once plugged in, press the power button on the controller to turn on the heating pad.
- Select your desired heat level from the 3 available settings using the controller buttons. The indicator lights will show the selected heat level.
- The pad features built-in micro-thin wires for even heat distribution across the neck, shoulders, and back.

4.3 Automatic Shut-Off
For safety and energy conservation, the heating pad is equipped with a 2-hour automatic shut-off feature. The pad will turn off automatically after 2 hours of continuous use. If you wish to continue therapy, simply restart the pad by pressing the power button again.

The Comfytemp heating pad is made of soft flannel and is machine washable for convenience.
