Setup Guide
1. App Download and Account Creation
Download the "CloudEdge" app from your device's App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Follow the in-app instructions to create an account and log in.
2. Device Pairing
- Open the CloudEdge app and tap the "+" icon to add a new device.
- Select "Battery Camera" from the device list.
- Power on the camera by holding the power button.
- Ensure your mobile device is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The camera does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
- Scan the QR code displayed on your phone screen using the camera lens. Hold the phone 5-8 inches away from the camera. A tone will be heard upon successful scan.
- Follow the remaining on-screen prompts to complete the pairing process.
3. Physical Installation
Mount the camera and solar panel in a location that provides optimal sunlight exposure for continuous charging and a clear view of the desired surveillance area. Use the provided screw pack for secure installation. It is recommended to install the camera at a height of 2-3 meters for optimal coverage.
Operating Instructions
Live View and Pan/Tilt Control
Access the live feed of your camera through the CloudEdge app. The camera offers a 355° horizontal pan and 90° vertical tilt for comprehensive coverage. Use the on-screen controls within the app to adjust the camera's viewing angle.

Night Vision Modes
The ANRAN Q1 camera offers advanced night vision capabilities, including 2K Color Night Vision enabled by 4 powerful spotlights. You can switch between different night vision modes (Infrared, Color, Alarm) within the app settings to suit your monitoring needs.
PIR Human Detection & Alerts
The camera features PIR (Passive Infrared) human detection to minimize false alarms. When human motion is detected, the camera can automatically activate floodlights and a smart siren, and send instant notifications to your connected device via the 2.4G network.

Two-Way Audio & Multi-User Access
Communicate with visitors or deter intruders using the built-in two-way audio feature. The CloudEdge app allows you to remotely view and control the camera, and share access with multiple family members.

Weather Resistance
The ANRAN Q1 camera is IP65 weatherproof, designed to withstand various outdoor conditions, including heavy rain and extreme temperatures (-13°F to 140°F / -25°C to 60°C). Ensure proper installation to maintain its weather-resistant capabilities.
Battery and Solar Charging
The camera is equipped with a built-in rechargeable battery and a high-efficiency solar panel for continuous power. Position the solar panel in an area that receives direct sunlight for most of the day to ensure optimal charging and uninterrupted operation.
Storage Options
The camera supports local storage via a Micro SD card (up to 128GB, not included). Additionally, Amazon Cloud Storage options are available for secure and convenient video storage.
Troubleshooting
- Connection Issues: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. Check Wi-Fi signal strength in the app. Move the camera closer to the router if the signal is weak.
- Motion Detection Not Triggering: Adjust the detection sensitivity in the app settings. Ensure the alarm area is correctly configured.
- Battery Not Charging: Verify the solar panel is clean and receives adequate direct sunlight. Check the connection between the solar panel and the camera.
- App Freezing/Lagging: Ensure your app is updated to the latest version. Check your internet connection speed.
