Safety Information

WARNING: Failure to follow these safety instructions may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.

  • Hot Nozzle: The nozzle and melted glue become extremely hot during operation. DO NOT TOUCH THE NOZZLE OR MELTED GLUE. Always allow the glue gun to cool completely before handling the nozzle or storing the tool.
  • Eye Protection: Always wear appropriate eye protection when operating the glue gun.
  • Ventilation: Use the glue gun in a well-ventilated area.
  • Flammable Materials: Do not use the glue gun near flammable liquids, gases, or dust.

  • Power Off: Always turn off the glue gun and remove the battery when not in use, before changing glue sticks, or before cleaning.
  • Stable Placement: The glue gun is designed to stand upright on its own after battery insertion. Always place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface when not actively holding it to prevent accidental contact with the hot nozzle.

Operating Instructions

  1. Apply Glue:

Once the LED indicator turns green, gently press the trigger to dispense melted glue from the nozzle. Apply glue to the desired surface. The gun delivers a consistent glue output of approximately 0.63 oz/min.

Immediately press the surfaces together after applying glue, as hot glue sets quickly. Hold firmly until the bond is secure.

  3. Replacing Glue Sticks:

When a glue stick is nearly depleted, insert a new glue stick into the rear opening and push it forward to advance the remaining short stick. Do not attempt to pull out a partially used glue stick from the back while the gun is hot, as this can damage the feeding mechanism.

  4. Power Off:

When finished, slide the ON/OFF switch to the "OFF" position and remove the battery. Allow the glue gun to cool completely before storing.

Helpful Tip:

The full-length trigger design allows for comfortable use with various hand sizes, providing better control over glue dispensing.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Ensure the glue gun is completely cool and the battery is removed before cleaning. Wipe the exterior with a clean, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Nozzle Care: Do not attempt to clean the nozzle while it is hot. Any hardened glue around the nozzle can be carefully removed once the gun is cold.
