Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove the air purifier and all packaging materials.
  2. Filter Installation: The True HEPA filter is pre-installed. Ensure it is securely in place and remove any plastic packaging from the filter before first use.
  3. Placement: Place the unit on a flat, stable surface in your desired room. Ensure there is adequate space around the air intake (sides) and air outlet (top) for optimal airflow.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

The control panel is located on the top of the unit.

  1. Power On/Off: Press the power button to turn the air purifier on or off.
  2. Fan Speed Adjustment: Cycle through different fan speeds (low, medium, high) by pressing the fan speed button.
  3. Auto Mode: Press the 'AUTO' button to activate Auto Mode. The unit will automatically adjust its fan speed based on the detected air quality.
  4. Sleep Mode: Select Sleep Mode for quiet operation. This setting is ideal for nighttime use, with minimal fan noise (as low as 30dB) and reduced light output.
  5. Air Quality Display: The PM2.5 digital display provides real-time air quality readings. A color-coded light on the unit indicates air quality from green (good) to maroon (hazardous).

Maintenance

Regular filter maintenance is crucial for optimal performance.

  1. Filter Replacement Indicator: After approximately 4,380 hours of use, the red filter light will illuminate, indicating it's time to check and/or replace the True HEPA air filter.
  2. Replacement Frequency: It is recommended to replace the filter every 6-12 months, depending on air quality and usage.
  3. Replacing the Filter: To replace, twist the bottom cover of the unit to unlock, remove the old filter, insert a genuine Clorox Medium Room replacement filter (Model 12030), and secure the bottom cover.

Troubleshooting

  • Unit Not Turning On: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet. Check for any tripped circuit breakers.
  • Reduced Airflow/Effectiveness: Check the air filter. It may need cleaning or replacement. Ensure air intake and outlet are not obstructed.
  • Unusual Noise: Verify the unit is placed on a stable, flat surface. Check if the filter is correctly installed.
  • Filter Light Remains On After Replacement: Consult the user manual for instructions on how to reset the filter indicator after replacement.
