Operating Modes

The RX-TX-19 supports two operating modes: Transmitter (TX) and Receiver (RX). Note that RX and TX modes cannot be active simultaneously; only one mode can be used at a time.

1. Transmitter Mode (TX)

In TX mode, the RX-TX-19 transmits audio wirelessly from a non-Bluetooth device (e.g., TV, CD player, home stereo) to a Bluetooth-enabled receiving device (e.g., Bluetooth headphones, Bluetooth speaker).

  • Ensure the device is powered on. The red LED light will indicate TX mode.
  • Connect the RX-TX-19's TX port to the audio output of your non-Bluetooth device (e.g., TV headphone jack, stereo AUX out) using the 3.5mm audio cable or RCA cable.
  • Place your Bluetooth headphones or speaker in pairing mode.
  • The RX-TX-19 will automatically search for and connect to nearby Bluetooth receiving devices. Once connected, the red LED may change its blinking pattern or become solid.
  • Audio from your non-Bluetooth device will now be streamed wirelessly to your Bluetooth headphones/speaker.

2. Receiver Mode (RX)

In RX mode, the RX-TX-19 receives audio wirelessly from a Bluetooth-enabled transmitting device (e.g., smartphone, tablet, laptop) and outputs it to a wired audio system (e.g., wired headphones, car stereo, home theater system).

  • Ensure the device is powered on. The blue LED light will indicate RX mode.
  • Connect the RX-TX-19's RX port to the audio input of your wired audio system (e.g., AUX in on a speaker, headphone jack on wired headphones) using the 3.5mm audio cable or RCA cable.
  • On your Bluetooth-enabled transmitting device (e.g., smartphone), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  • Select "RX-TX-19" from the list of found devices to pair.
  • Once paired, the blue LED may change its blinking pattern or become solid.
  • Audio from your Bluetooth transmitting device will now be streamed wirelessly to your wired audio system.
