4. Setup

Unpacking and Initial Cleaning:

1. Remove all packaging materials and promotional labels from the appliance.
2. Wash the Air Fry Basket and 13" x 13" Sheet Pan in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
3. Wipe the interior and exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth.
4. Ensure all parts are completely dry before use.

Placement:

• Place the oven on a clean, dry, and level surface.
• Ensure there is adequate space (at least 6 inches) between the back of the oven and the wall, and 12 inches above the oven for proper ventilation.

5. Operating Instructions

Control Panel Overview:

The digital control panel features a clear display and intuitive buttons for selecting functions, adjusting time and temperature, and starting/stopping cooking cycles.

• Function Dial: Rotate to select desired cooking function (Air Fry, Air Roast, Air Broil, Bake, Bagel, Toast, Dehydrate, Keep Warm, Reheat).
• Temperature/Shade Buttons: Use +/- buttons to adjust cooking temperature or toast shade.
• Time/Slices Buttons: Use +/- buttons to adjust cooking time or number of toast slices.
• Start/Stop Button: Press to begin or end a cooking cycle.
• Light Button: Activates the interior oven light.

Using Cooking Functions:

1. Plug the oven into a grounded electrical outlet.
2. Turn the Function Dial to select your desired cooking mode. The default time and temperature for that function will appear on the display.

5. Press the Start/Stop button to begin cooking. The oven will preheat if necessary, and then the timer will begin counting down.
6. To pause or stop cooking, press the Start/Stop button again.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Daily Cleaning:

• Always unplug the oven and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
• Wipe the interior and exterior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild dish soap.
• The Air Fry Basket and Sheet Pan are dishwasher safe or can be hand-washed with warm, soapy water.

Deep Cleaning:

• Removable Crumb Tray: Slide out the crumb tray from the bottom of the oven and empty any crumbs. Wash with warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly.
