Gameboard
The gameboard features iconic locations from Disney's The Little Mermaid, such as Ariel's Grotto, Ursula's Lair, and Blue Lagoon. These properties are grouped by color, and owning a complete color set allows you to build Starfish and Conch Shells, increasing rent.

Setup
- Place the gameboard on a flat surface.
- Separate the Title Deed cards by color group and place them next to their corresponding spaces on the board.
- Shuffle the Chance cards and place them face down on the designated "Chance" space.
- Shuffle the Treasure Trove cards and place them face down on the designated "Treasure Trove" space.
- Each player chooses a themed token and places it on the "GO" space.
- Each player receives 15 Clam Shells: five 5-Clam Shells and ten 1-Clam Shells. The remaining Clam Shells form the Bank.
- The Starfish and Conch Shells are kept in separate piles near the board, forming the Bank's supply.
- Each player rolls both dice. The player with the highest roll goes first. In case of a tie, re-roll.

How to Play
- Player's Turn: On your turn, roll both dice and move your token clockwise around the board the number of spaces indicated.
- Landing on a Property:
- If you land on an unowned property, you may buy it from the Bank for the price listed on the board space. If you choose not to buy it, the property is immediately auctioned off to the highest bidder.
- If you land on a property owned by another player, you must pay them rent as indicated on their Title Deed card. The rent increases if the owner has a complete color set or has built Starfish or Conch Shells.
- Chance or Treasure Trove: If you land on a "Chance" or "Treasure Trove" space, draw the top card from the respective pile and follow its instructions.
- GO: When you pass or land on the "GO" space, collect 3 Clam Shells from the Bank.
- Just Visiting/Jail: If you land on "Just Visiting," you are simply visiting. If you land on "Go to Jail" or draw a card that sends you to Jail, move your token directly to the "In Jail" space. You do not collect 3 Clam Shells if you pass GO on your way to Jail.
- Free Parking: Landing on "Free Parking" has no effect.
- Building: Once you own all properties in a color set, you can start building Starfish and then Conch Shells on them during your turn. You must build evenly across the properties in a set.
- Mortgaging: If you need money, you can mortgage properties. Turn the Title Deed card face down to indicate it is mortgaged. You cannot collect rent on mortgaged properties.
- Bankruptcy: If you owe more money than you can pay, even after selling all your buildings and mortgaging all your properties, you are bankrupt and out of the game.
