1. Assemble the Base: Attach the swivel wheels to the base supports. Connect the two base supports using the horizontal bar. Ensure the locking mechanisms on the base are secure.
2. Install Vertical Poles: Insert the lower vertical poles into the designated slots on the assembled base. Secure them firmly.
3. Attach Drying Racks: Slide the adjustable shelf connectors onto the vertical poles. Attach the foldable drying wings to these connectors. Repeat for all four tiers, ensuring the racks are at your desired height.
4. Install Telescopic Bar: Place the extendable telescopic bar at the top of the rack, connecting it between the upper vertical poles. This bar is ideal for hanging longer items.
5. Secure Side Wings: Attach the two side wings, designed for hangers, to the upper section of the rack.
