5. Maintenance
5.1. Emptying the Waste Bin
The shredder features a 6-gallon pullout bin for shredded material. When the bin-full indicator illuminates, it's time to empty it.
- Pull out the waste bin. The shredder will automatically stop operating for safety.
- Dispose of the shredded material.
- Slide the bin back into place until it clicks securely.

5.2. Oiling the Shredder Blades
