2. Safety Instructions
Always observe basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons.
- Read all instructions carefully before operating the appliance.
- Do not immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid.

4. Setup
Follow these steps to set up your stand mixer for first use:
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
- Clean: Before first use, wash the mixing bowl, splash guard, dough hook, flat beater, and whisk in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The main motor unit should only be wiped with a damp cloth.
- Position the Mixer: Place the main motor unit on a clean, dry, and stable surface. Ensure the anti-slip feet are firmly gripping the countertop.
- Attach the Bowl: Place the stainless steel mixing bowl into its base on the mixer and turn it clockwise until it locks securely into place.
- Lift the Head: Press the head-release lever (usually located on the side of the mixer) and lift the motor head upwards until it locks into position.
- Attach the Tool: Select the desired attachment (dough hook, flat beater, or whisk). Insert the attachment into the shaft and turn it counter-clockwise until it locks into place.
- Lower the Head: Press the head-release lever again and gently lower the motor head until it locks into the operating position.
- Attach Splash Guard: Slide the splash guard onto the motor head, ensuring it covers the bowl opening.

5. Operating Instructions
The LIVOO DOP234 Stand Mixer features 6 speed settings and planetary mixing action for thorough ingredient incorporation.
5.1 Selecting the Right Attachment
- Whisk: Ideal for whipping cream, egg whites, and light batters.
- Flat Beater: Suitable for mixing cakes, cookies, frostings, and mashed potatoes.
- Dough Hook: Designed for kneading heavy doughs like bread and pizza dough.
5.2 Mixing Process
- Ensure the mixer is properly set up with the correct attachment and the mixing bowl is locked in place.
- Add your ingredients to the mixing bowl.
- Plug the mixer into a suitable power outlet (230V).
- Turn the speed control knob to the desired speed setting (1-6). Start with a low speed to prevent splashing, then gradually increase as needed.
- Use the splash guard's opening to add ingredients during mixing if necessary.
- Once mixing is complete, turn the speed control knob to the '0' (off) position and unplug the appliance.
- Lift the motor head, remove the attachment, and then remove the mixing bowl.
6. Maintenance and Cleaning
