8. Troubleshooting
Refer to the following table for common issues and their solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Temperature display is incorrect. | Faulty temperature sensor. | The device uses a high-precision temperature sensor. If discrepancies occur, ensure the sensor is properly placed and not obstructed. If the issue persists, the temperature sensor may need replacement. |
| Water around or at the bottom of the cooler box. | Condensation due to temperature difference. | This is normal. Wipe off the water with a dry cloth. |
| Excessive noise. | Impurities in the fan. | Clean the cooling fan as described in the Maintenance section. Ensure no foreign objects are obstructing the fan. |
| Cannot charge with a power bank. | Incompatible power bank. | Use a quick charging power bank with 9-12V output voltage (e.g., a 20000mAh power bank with 9V output can last 7-9 hours in summer). Ordinary 5V power banks are not suitable. |
| "E" code on the screen. | Error code. | Contact customer service for appropriate solutions. |
| Unit gets too hot. | Poor ventilation or high ambient temperature. | Ensure air vents are not blocked. Operate in a well-ventilated area. Clean the fan if necessary. In very hot environments (32-40℃), the unit may struggle to reach 8℃ if not fully charged or if ventilation is poor. |
| Battery drains too fast or doesn't charge completely. | Battery degradation or charging issue. | Ensure the charging cable and adapter are functioning correctly. If the battery is old or damaged, it may need replacement. Contact customer support. |
