3. Included Components
Upon unpacking, ensure all the following components are present:
- 1 N Personal Cooler Unit
- 1 N Instruction Manual (this document)
- 4 N Castor Wheels
4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove the cooler from its packaging.
- Remove all packing materials, tapes, and protective films.
- Inspect the cooler for any damage. If damaged, do not operate and contact customer support.
4.2 Attaching Castor Wheels
- Gently tilt the cooler to access the bottom.
- Insert each castor wheel into the designated slots at the bottom of the cooler. Ensure they are securely fitted.
- Return the cooler to an upright position.

4.3 Filling the Water Tank
- Ensure the cooler is unplugged from the power outlet.
- Locate the water inlet and carefully pour clean water into the tank.
- Monitor the water level indicator to avoid overfilling. Do not exceed the 'MAX' mark.
- For enhanced cooling, you may add ice cubes to the ice chamber (if available).

5. Operation
The Havells Kalt Air Cooler features a knob control panel for easy operation.
5.1 Powering On/Off
- Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
- Turn the 'Speed' knob to the desired setting (Low, Medium, High) to power on the unit.
- Turn the 'Speed' knob to 'OFF' to power off the unit.
5.2 Adjusting Fan Speed
Rotate the 'Speed' knob to select one of the three available fan speeds: Low, Medium, or High.
5.3 Activating Cooling Function
Rotate the 'Cool' knob to 'ON' to activate the water pump and begin evaporative cooling. Ensure the water tank is adequately filled.
5.4 Adjusting Air Deflection (Swing)
Rotate the 'Swing' knob to 'ON' to activate the automatic oscillation of the vertical louvers, distributing air across a wider area. The horizontal louvers can be adjusted manually.

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your air cooler.
6.1 Cleaning the Water Tank
- Unplug the cooler from the power supply.
- Drain any remaining water from the tank using the drain plug (if available) or by carefully tilting the unit.
- Wipe the inside of the tank with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Allow the tank to air dry completely before refilling or storing.
6.2 Cleaning Honeycomb Pads
- Unplug the cooler.
- Carefully remove the honeycomb pads from their compartments.
- Rinse the pads under running water to remove dust and mineral deposits. For stubborn dirt, use a soft brush.
- Allow the pads to dry completely in a well-ventilated area before reinserting them.
6.3 Cleaning the Exterior
Wipe the exterior surfaces of the cooler with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
