4. Setup Guide
4.1. Preparation
- Unpack the AZZA CAST PC Case and all accessories.
- Ensure you have all necessary components: motherboard, CPU, GPU, RAM, PSU, storage drives, and any additional fans/radiators.
- Work on a clean, static-free surface. Consider using an anti-static wrist strap.
4.2. Detaching the Frame
The AZZA CAST features a detachable inner frame for easier component installation. Gently open the gull-wing panels and follow the instructions in your detailed assembly guide (not included in this general manual) to separate the inner frame from the outer shell. This provides ample access for installing components.

4.3. Component Installation
- Power Supply Unit (PSU): Install the PSU into its designated bottom-mount location. Secure it with screws.
- Motherboard: Align your ATX, Micro-ATX, or Mini-ITX motherboard with the standoffs on the inner frame. Secure it with screws.
- CPU Cooler: Install your CPU cooler. Ensure it does not exceed the maximum height of 165mm.
- Graphics Card (GPU): The case supports GPUs up to 360mm. You can install it horizontally in one of the 6 available slots or vertically using a riser cable (not included) in one of the 3 vertical slots. Ensure proper seating and secure with screws.
- Storage Drives: Install 2.5" SSDs into the dedicated bays and 2.5"/3.5" HDDs/SSDs into the convertible tray.
- Fans/Radiators: Install additional fans or radiators as needed. The front supports up to a 360mm radiator or 3 x 120mm/2 x 140mm fans. The rear has a pre-installed 120mm ARGB fan.
4.4. Cable Management
Utilize the provided cable management hook-and-loop fasteners and zip-ties to route cables neatly behind the motherboard tray and through designated cutouts. This improves airflow and aesthetics. The PSU cable shroud helps conceal excess cabling.

4.5. Reassembly
Once all components are installed and cables are managed, carefully slide the inner frame back into the outer shell. Ensure all connections are secure and the frame is properly seated. Close the gull-wing panels, which will magnetically secure to the frame.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Powering On
Connect your monitor, keyboard, mouse, and power cable to the appropriate ports. Press the power button on the front I/O panel to start your system.
5.2. Airflow Optimization
The AZZA CAST's open design naturally promotes good airflow. For optimal cooling, especially for high-performance components like the GPU, ensure that intake and exhaust fans are configured to create a consistent airflow path. The included 120mm ARGB rear fan acts as an exhaust. Consider adding front intake fans for best results.
5.3. Front I/O Port Usage
The front I/O panel provides convenient access to:
- USB 3.1 Type-C: For high-speed data transfer and device charging.
- USB 3.0 Type-A (x2): For standard USB devices.
- Audio Out & Mic In: For headphones, speakers, and microphones.

6. Maintenance
6.1. Cleaning the Exterior
Wipe the aluminum panels with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish. For fingerprints, a microfiber cloth can be effective.
6.2. Dust Management
While the open design reduces dust accumulation in some areas, regular cleaning is recommended. Use compressed air to clear dust from fans, radiators, and internal components. Periodically check the mesh front panel for dust buildup and clean as necessary.
6.3. Component Checks
Periodically inspect all internal connections (power cables, data cables) to ensure they are securely seated. Check fan operation and listen for any unusual noises that might indicate a problem.
7. Troubleshooting
7.1. System Not Powering On
- Ensure the PSU is switched on and the power cable is securely connected to both the PSU and the wall outlet.
- Verify that the front panel power switch cable is correctly connected to the motherboard's F_PANEL header.
- Check all internal power connections (24-pin ATX, 8-pin CPU, PCIe power for GPU).
7.2. Fans Not Spinning / No RGB Lighting
- Confirm that fan power cables are properly connected to the motherboard or fan controller.
- For ARGB lighting, ensure the ARGB cable is connected to a compatible motherboard header or controller.
- Check fan settings in your motherboard's BIOS/UEFI or operating system software.
7.3. High Temperatures
- Ensure all fans are operating correctly and oriented for optimal airflow (intake/exhaust).
- Verify that the CPU cooler and GPU cooler are properly seated and making good contact.
- Clean any dust buildup from fans, radiators, and internal components.
- Consider adding more fans or upgrading to a more powerful cooling solution if temperatures remain high under load.
