Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect the dispenser for any damage. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the interior and exterior of the dispenser, including the lid and spigot, with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. The unit is dishwasher safe.
3. Positioning: Place the dispenser on a stable, flat surface. The unit features foldable tripod legs. To extend the legs for increased clearance for larger cups, simply pull them out until they lock into place. To retract, push them back in.
4. Lid Operation: The lid is designed to screw on and off easily for a secure seal. Turn clockwise to tighten and counter-clockwise to loosen.
5. Thermometer Battery: The visual electronic thermometer comes with pre-installed batteries. If the display is not working, gently pop off the thermometer unit and replace the small button-cell batteries (replacement batteries are often included).

Operating Instructions

1. Filling the Dispenser: Unscrew the lid. Carefully pour your desired hot or cold beverage into the dispenser. The 12-liter capacity allows for a significant volume of liquid.
2. Securing the Lid: Once filled, securely screw the lid back onto the dispenser to ensure optimal temperature retention.
3. Monitoring Temperature: The visual electronic thermometer on the front of the unit will display the internal temperature of the beverage, allowing you to confirm it remains at the desired hot or cold level.
4. Dispensing Beverages: Place a cup directly under the spigot. Pull the spigot handle down to dispense the beverage. Release the handle to stop the flow. Ensure the spigot is fully closed after each use to prevent drips and maintain temperature. The inner groove design helps dispense nearly every last drop.
