Setup (Installation)

2. Install the Drain Assembly
- Apply a bead of plumber's putty or silicone sealant around the underside of the drain flange.
- Insert the drain flange into the sink's drain opening.
- From underneath the sink, place the rubber washer, then the friction washer, and finally thread the lock nut onto the drain body.
- Tighten the lock nut by hand, then use an adjustable wrench to secure it firmly, ensuring a watertight seal. Do not overtighten.
3. Position the Sink
Carefully place the vessel sink with the installed drain assembly onto the countertop, aligning the drain with the countertop opening. Ensure the sink is centered and level.

4. Secure the Sink
Apply a thin bead of silicone sealant around the base of the sink where it meets the countertop to secure it and prevent water from seeping underneath. Allow the sealant to cure according to the manufacturer's instructions.
5. Connect Plumbing
Connect the P-trap and drain pipe to the tailpiece of the drain assembly. Ensure all connections are hand-tightened, then use an adjustable wrench for a final snug fit. Avoid overtightening.
6. Test for Leaks
Once all connections are made, turn on the main water supply and fill the sink with water. Check all drain connections for any signs of leaks. If leaks are detected, tighten connections as necessary.
