2. Safety Instructions
- Ensure the monitor is placed on a stable, level surface to prevent accidental falls.
- Do not block ventilation openings. Proper airflow is essential to prevent overheating.

4. Setup
4.1 Physical Assembly
- Carefully remove the monitor and stand components from the packaging.
- Attach the monitor arm to the base plate. The base plate is designed for tool-free installation.
- Secure the assembled stand to the back of the monitor. The monitor supports VESA mounting if you prefer an alternative mounting solution.

4.2 Connectivity
The BenQ PD3205U offers versatile connectivity options:
- USB-C (90W Power Delivery): Connect your laptop or Mac for video, data transfer, and power delivery through a single cable.
- HDMI 2.0: Connect to various devices such as gaming consoles or media players.
- DisplayPort 1.4: For high-resolution video input.
- USB Hub (USB 3.1, USB-B): Connect peripherals like keyboards, mice, and external drives. The USB-B cable is required for KVM functionality.

4.3 Hotkey Puck G2
The included Hotkey Puck G2 provides quick access to monitor settings and KVM switching. Connect it to the dedicated port on the monitor.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off
Press the power button located on the back of the monitor to turn it on or off.
5.2 Ergonomic Adjustments
Adjust the monitor for optimal viewing comfort:
- Height Adjustment: Raise or lower the monitor to eye level.
- Tilt: Adjust the screen's vertical angle (-5° to +20°).
- Swivel: Rotate the screen horizontally (30° left/right).
- Pivot: Rotate the screen 90° for portrait mode viewing.

5.3 Color Modes and Accuracy (AQCOLOR Technology)
The BenQ PD3205U features AQCOLOR Technology for precise color reproduction. It is factory calibrated and comes with a report ensuring 99% sRGB and Rec.709 color gamut coverage with an average Delta E ≤3.

Access various color modes via the On-Screen Display (OSD) menu or Hotkey Puck G2:

The KVM (Keyboard, Video, Mouse) switch allows you to control two different computer systems using a single keyboard and mouse connected to the monitor. The KVM switch auto-pairs with input signals. Use the Hotkey Puck G2 to switch between systems.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning the Monitor
To clean the monitor, first disconnect the power cable. Use a soft, lint-free cloth lightly dampened with water or a mild, non-abrasive screen cleaner. Do not spray cleaner directly onto the screen.
6.2 General Care
Avoid placing heavy objects on the monitor or its cables. Keep the monitor away from strong magnetic fields and direct heat sources.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your BenQ PD3205U monitor, refer to the following common solutions:
- No Power: Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the monitor and a working power outlet.
- No Signal: Verify that the video input cable (HDMI, DisplayPort, USB-C) is correctly connected to both the monitor and your computer. Check the input source selection in the OSD menu.
- Flickering Screen: Ensure the video cable is securely connected. Check for any external interference. The monitor features Flicker-Free technology to minimize this issue.
- Incorrect Color Display: Check the selected color mode in the OSD menu. If using multiple monitors, ensure they are calibrated or matched using Display ColorTalk.
