3. Setup

3.1. Install the Application

  1. Search for a compatible GPS tag management application in your smartphone's App Store (e.g., "iTAG alarm" or similar).
  2. Download and install the chosen application.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Locating Items (Finding the Tracker)

To find an item attached to your Retoo Smart Tracker:

  1. Open the tracking application on your smartphone.
  2. Select the desired tracker from the list.
  3. Tap the "Ring" or "Locate" button within the app. The tracker will emit an audible alarm, helping you pinpoint its location.

If you have your Retoo Smart Tracker but cannot find your phone:

6. Battery Replacement

The Retoo Smart Tracker is powered by a single CR2032 button cell battery, which typically lasts up to 6 months. When the battery is low, the tracker's performance may degrade, or it may fail to connect.

To replace the battery:

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the tracker.
  2. Use a small coin or a flat tool to gently twist open the battery cover.
  3. Remove the old CR2032 battery.
  4. Insert a new CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing up.
  5. Align the battery cover and twist it back into place until securely closed.

7. Troubleshooting
