Please read all safety instructions before using the Retoo Bluetooth Smart Tracker. Failure to follow these instructions may result in product damage or personal injury.
- Keep the device away from water and excessive moisture.
- Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures (hot or cold).
- Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the device. This will void the warranty.
- Keep the CR2032 battery out of reach of children. Swallowing a button cell battery can be fatal.
- Dispose of batteries properly according to local regulations.
2. Product Overview
The Retoo Bluetooth Smart Tracker is a compact, multi-functional device designed to help you locate your valuable items. It connects wirelessly to your smartphone via Bluetooth 4.0 and a dedicated application, allowing you to track keys, bags, wallets, and more.

3. Setup
3.1. Install the Application
- Search for a compatible GPS tag management application in your smartphone's App Store (e.g., "iTAG alarm" or similar).
- Download and install the chosen application.
3.2. Grant Permissions
Upon first launch, the application will request certain permissions. It is crucial to grant the following for proper functionality:
- Access to device files.
- Access to storage location (ensure this is set to "Always Allow" or "Allow all the time" for continuous tracking).
- Bluetooth access.
3.3. Connect the Tracker
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
- Open the installed application.
- The application should automatically detect nearby Retoo Smart Trackers. You may see a list of available iTAGs.
- Select your tracker from the list to establish a connection.
- Once connected, you can configure the tracker's settings within the app.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1. Locating Items (Finding the Tracker)
To find an item attached to your Retoo Smart Tracker:
- Open the tracking application on your smartphone.
- Select the desired tracker from the list.
- Tap the "Ring" or "Locate" button within the app. The tracker will emit an audible alarm, helping you pinpoint its location.

4.2. Locating Your Phone (Finding the Phone)
If you have your Retoo Smart Tracker but cannot find your phone:
- Double-press the button on the Retoo Smart Tracker.
- Your smartphone will emit an alarm sound, even if it is on silent mode (depending on app settings), helping you locate it.
4.3. Anti-Loss Alarm
The tracker and your phone can alert you if they move out of Bluetooth range from each other. This feature helps prevent losing items or leaving your phone behind.
- When the tracker and phone disconnect due to distance, both devices can trigger an alarm (configurable in the app).
- The application can record the last known location of the tracker on a map, assisting in recovery.

5. Additional Features
5.1. Remote Camera Control
The Retoo Smart Tracker can act as a remote shutter for your smartphone's camera:
- Open your smartphone's camera application.
- Press the button on the Retoo Smart Tracker to take a photo or start/stop video recording (functionality may vary by app).
5.2. Voice Recorder Control
Some compatible applications allow the tracker to control your smartphone's voice recorder:
- Activate the voice recording function within the app.
- Press the button on the Retoo Smart Tracker to start or stop a voice recording.
6. Battery Replacement
The Retoo Smart Tracker is powered by a single CR2032 button cell battery, which typically lasts up to 6 months. When the battery is low, the tracker's performance may degrade, or it may fail to connect.
To replace the battery:
- Locate the battery compartment on the back of the tracker.
- Use a small coin or a flat tool to gently twist open the battery cover.
- Remove the old CR2032 battery.
- Insert a new CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing up.
- Align the battery cover and twist it back into place until securely closed.

7. Troubleshooting
