Setup and Installation

Pairing the Camera with Your NVR

Follow these steps to wirelessly pair your new camera with your JouSecu NVR system:

1. Right-click your mouse on the NVR display.
2. Navigate to the "Wireless" option in the menu.
3. Select "Code for Wireless" from the Wireless submenu.
4. At the same time, power on the camera by connecting its 12V 1A power adapter to a power source.
5. Wait for the camera's image to appear on the NVR screen. This process typically completes within 2 minutes.

Operation

Remote Access with XMEye App

For remote viewing and management of your security system, install the XMEye APP or Client on your smart device (Android compatible). This application allows you to monitor live feeds from your camera, review recorded footage, and receive instant alerts from motion detection, providing convenient access to your surveillance system from anywhere.

Recording

The camera integrates seamlessly with your NVR's recording capabilities. Ensure your NVR has sufficient storage capacity (up to 14TB HDD supported) for continuous 24/7 recording. The system supports various recording modes, including continuous recording and motion-triggered recording, which can be configured via your NVR settings.

Camera Not Pairing with NVR

• Re-attempt the pairing process carefully, ensuring you select "Code for Wireless" on the NVR and power on the camera simultaneously.
• Ensure the camera is within wireless range of the NVR. Obstacles like thick walls or other electronic devices can interfere with the signal.
• Confirm your NVR model is indeed W5640 or W5641. This camera is not compatible with other NVR models.
• If using an Ethernet cable for initial setup, ensure it is properly connected and functional.
