4. Setup Guide

4.1 Powering On the Units

1. Baby Unit: Connect the small end of the baby unit power adapter to the DC jack on the back of the baby unit. Plug the large end into a wall outlet. The power indicator light will illuminate.
2. Parent Unit: Ensure the rechargeable battery is correctly installed in the parent unit. Connect the small end of the parent unit power adapter to the DC jack on the side of the parent unit. Plug the large end into a wall outlet. The parent unit will automatically power on and begin charging.

When activated, the parent unit screen will turn off, and audio transmission will cease when no sound is detected from the baby unit. The system will automatically reactivate (screen turns on, audio resumes) when the baby unit detects sound, such as your baby crying.
