Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials, including any internal packing and protective films.
2. Placement: Place the oven on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface. Ensure there is adequate clearance (at least 4 inches) on all sides and above the oven for proper ventilation. Do not place near flammable materials or under cabinets that may be damaged by heat.
3. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Wash all removable accessories (crumb tray, oven rack, air fryer basket, baking pan, rotisserie spit, etc.) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
4. First Use (Burn-in): To eliminate any manufacturing odors, operate the oven empty for approximately 15-20 minutes at 400°F (200°C) using the "Air Fry" function. Ensure the area is well-ventilated during this process. A slight odor or smoke is normal during initial use.
5. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

Control Panel:

The oven features a holographic LED digital touch screen for easy control. The display shows temperature, time, and selected functions.

Basic Operation:

1. Power On/Off: Touch the power icon to turn the oven on or off.
2. Select Function: Browse through the 13 preset function icons (e.g., Air Fry, Toast, Roast) and touch the desired icon.
3. Adjust Temperature: Use the temperature control buttons to set the desired cooking temperature (100°F to 450°F).
4. Set Time: Use the timer control buttons to set the desired cooking duration (0-12 hours).
5. Start/Pause: Touch the start/pause icon to begin or temporarily stop the cooking process.

Using Preset Functions:

Each preset function is optimized for specific food types. Refer to the included recipe book for recommended settings and cooking times. For example, selecting "Air Fry" will automatically set a default temperature and time, which can then be adjusted manually if needed.

Rotisserie Function:

To use the rotisserie function, secure the food (e.g., a whole chicken) onto the rotisserie spit. Insert the spit into the designated slots inside the oven. Select the "Rotisserie" preset. The oven's 360° circulating wind and 1800W power ensure even cooking.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your appliance.

1. Always Unplug: Before cleaning, always unplug the oven from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely.
2. Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
3. Interior Cleaning: The interior can be wiped with a damp cloth and mild, non-abrasive cleaner. For stubborn stains, a paste of baking soda and water can be used, then wiped clean.
4. Detachable Inner Glass: The inner glass is detachable for thorough cleaning by removing two screws.
