1. Introduction

2. Product Overview

The TAISHAN UV Sanitizer Toothbrush Case is a compact unit designed for convenience and effectiveness. It features a UV lamp, a drying fan, and a rechargeable battery, all housed within a durable plastic casing.

Components:

3. Setup

3.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the device. Connect the provided USB cable to the charging port on the unit and to a standard USB power adapter (not included). A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours. The device can operate for up to 12 days on a single charge.

3.2 Wall Mounting

The toothbrush case can be easily mounted on a bathroom wall without drilling. The back of the unit features a strong adhesive sticker. Ensure the wall surface is clean and dry before application.

1. Clean the desired wall surface thoroughly.
2. Remove the protective film from the adhesive sticker on the back of the wall mount plate.
3. Press the wall mount plate firmly against the wall for several seconds to ensure a secure bond.
4. Align the main unit with the mounted plate and slide it down until you hear a 'Ka' sound, indicating it is securely attached.

The main unit can be easily removed from the wall mount plate for charging or travel by sliding it upwards.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Placing Toothbrushes

Open the front cover of the sanitizer case. Insert your toothbrush(es) into the designated slots, ensuring the bristles are facing the UV lamp. The case is designed to hold one toothbrush per slot, preventing cross-contamination.

4.2 Automatic Sanitization Cycle

Once the toothbrush(es) are placed and the cover is closed, the device will automatically initiate a sanitization cycle. The UV box will operate for 3 minutes, after which it will automatically stop. The electronic screen will display the remaining time for the cycle.

4.3 Drying Function

In addition to UV sanitization, the device includes a fan drying function. This fan activates to help dry the toothbrush bristles, further inhibiting bacterial growth and keeping your toothbrush fresh. The drying function operates in conjunction with the UV cycle.

4.4 Automatic Cycle Disinfection

For continuous hygiene, the device is equipped with an intelligent cycle disinfection feature. It will automatically sterilize for 120 seconds every 6 hours, providing 24/7 protection for your toothbrush.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning the Device

To maintain optimal performance and hygiene, clean the exterior of the device periodically. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the surfaces. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.

5.2 Battery Care

Recharge the device when the battery indicator on the electronic screen shows a low charge. To prolong battery life, avoid completely draining the battery frequently. If storing the device for an extended period, ensure it is partially charged.

6. Troubleshooting

• Device not turning on: Ensure the device is fully charged. Connect it to a USB power source and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to use it.
• UV light not activating: Confirm the cover is fully closed. The UV cycle only begins when the cover is securely shut. If the issue persists after charging and closing the cover, contact customer support.
• Fan not operating: The fan operates as part of the sanitization cycle. If the fan does not activate during or after the UV cycle, ensure the device is charged.
• Battery draining quickly: Battery life can vary based on usage patterns. Ensure the device is not left in an environment with extreme temperatures. If the battery life significantly decreases over time, it may indicate battery degradation.
• Device detaches from wall: Ensure the wall surface was clean and dry before applying the adhesive plate. For best adhesion, allow the adhesive to set for 24 hours before attaching the main unit.
