4. Setup and Preparation

4.1 Charging the Battery

1. Connect the rapid charger to a standard electrical outlet.
2. Slide the 20V 2.0 Ah Lithium-Ion battery into the charger. Ensure it clicks into place.
3. The charger's indicator light will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 45 minutes.
4. Once fully charged, remove the battery from the charger.

4.2 Loading Fasteners

1. Ensure the battery is removed from the tool for safety.
2. Press the magazine release latch and pull the magazine open.
3. Insert a strip of fasteners into the magazine with the points facing down.
4. Push the magazine closed until it latches securely.

4.3 Adjusting Driving Depth

The tool offers two driving modes: single sequential and bump fire.

• Single Sequential Firing: For precise fastener placement. Press the tool against the workpiece, then pull the trigger to drive one fastener.

1. Immediately remove the battery from the tool.

5. Close the jam release securely before reinserting the battery.
