2. Setup and Assembly
While the Toorx Experience Plus HRC App Ready 3.0 treadmill is designed for straightforward setup, careful attention to these steps will ensure proper functionality and safety.
2.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all parts listed in the packing list are present. Keep packaging materials for future transport or storage.
2.2 Placement
Place the treadmill on a flat, stable surface. Ensure there is adequate clear space around the treadmill for safe operation, especially at the rear for emergency dismount and at the sides for entry and exit. Avoid placing the treadmill in direct sunlight or in areas with high humidity.
2.3 Power Connection
Connect the power cord to a grounded electrical outlet. The treadmill operates on an electrical power source to drive its 3.5 HP motor and console. Ensure the power switch is in the OFF position before plugging in.
2.4 Included Components
The Toorx Experience Plus HRC App Ready 3.0 includes a chest strap for heart rate monitoring. Ensure it is stored safely when not in use.

3. Operating Instructions
Familiarize yourself with the console and controls before beginning your workout.
3.1 Console Overview
The treadmill features a modern console with a multi-LED display and a capacitive touch-keyboard. The display shows key workout metrics such as distance, incline, time, and calories.

3.2 Basic Operation
- Power On: Ensure the safety key is in place on the console. Press the START button to begin.
- Speed Adjustment: Use the speed control buttons on the console or handlebars to increase or decrease the running belt speed.
- Incline Adjustment: The treadmill features an automatic incline system. Use the incline control buttons to adjust the incline from 0% to 15% across 15 levels.
- Stopping the Treadmill: Press the STOP button to gradually slow down and stop the running belt. In an emergency, pull the safety key to immediately stop the treadmill.

3.3 Heart Rate Monitoring (HRC)
The treadmill includes a cardio-band for accurate heart rate monitoring. Additionally, the handlebars are equipped with integrated heart rate sensors. For optimal accuracy, use the included chest strap.

3.4 App Connectivity (App Ready 3.0)
The Toorx Experience Plus HRC is App Ready 3.0, allowing full compatibility and interactivity with popular fitness applications via the TRX App Gate 3.0 (optional accessory). Compatible apps include Kinomap, I-Console+, and Zwift. Refer to the specific app's instructions for connection procedures.

4. Maintenance

4.2 Running Belt Lubrication

4.3 Belt Tension and Alignment
Periodically check the running belt tension and alignment. If the belt slips or drifts to one side, adjust it according to the instructions in the full product manual or contact customer support.
5. Troubleshooting

- Treadmill does not power on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a grounded outlet and the treadmill's power switch is ON. Check if the safety key is correctly inserted into the console.
- Running belt slips: The running belt may need tensioning. Refer to the maintenance section or contact customer support for adjustment instructions.
- Unusual noises: Stop the treadmill immediately and inspect for any loose parts or obstructions. If the noise persists, discontinue use and contact customer support.
- Inaccurate heart rate readings: Ensure the chest strap is worn correctly and has good contact with the skin. If using hand sensors, ensure hands are clean and firmly gripping the sensors.
