Setup Instructions

Assembly

1. Attach the Headphone Holder:

   Secure the top headphone holder piece to the main vertical bar. Ensure it is firmly attached.

2. Apply the Anti-Slip Pad:

   Remove the protective film from the PU anti-slip pad. Carefully place and stick the pad onto the bottom of the stand's base. Ensure the desk surface is clean and dust-free before application for optimal adhesion. Note: Once applied, it is not recommended to move the stand multiple times as this may reduce the pad's stickiness. Do not use on fabric materials like mouse pads.

Connection

1. Power Connection:

   Connect the provided USB-A to USB-C cable to the USB-C input port on the back of the stand's base. Connect the other end to a powered USB port on your computer or a USB wall adapter.

2. Data and Audio Connections:

   The stand features USB-A, USB-C, and a 3.5mm audio port on the front. These ports function as a USB 2.0 hub for data transfer (keyboards, mice, USB drives) and charging, and the 3.5mm port provides audio passthrough. Plug your devices into the appropriate ports as needed.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off and Lighting Modes

The stand features a control button, typically located on the top or front of the base, to manage the lighting effects.

• Change Lighting Mode:

  Press the control button briefly to cycle through the 50 available lighting modes. These modes include various static colors and dynamic RGB effects.

• Turn Off Lights:

  Press and hold the control button for approximately 3 seconds to turn off the LED lighting.

USB Hub Functionality

The integrated USB-A and USB-C ports on the stand operate at USB 2.0 speeds. They can be used for:

• Data Transfer: Connect peripherals such as keyboards, mice, or USB flash drives.
• Device Charging: Charge compatible devices. Note that charging speeds will be at USB 2.0 levels.

Audio Passthrough

The 3.5mm AUX port allows for audio passthrough, enabling a multi-audio experience. Connect your headphones or speakers to this port for full-range stereo or 7.1 surround sound, depending on your system's capabilities.

Compatibility: The stand is compatible with Windows 2000, XP, 7, 8, 10, and other operating systems. For microphone functionality on PC, ensure audio settings are configured correctly.

Maintenance

• Cleaning:

  Wipe the stand with a soft, dry cloth. For the PU anti-slip pad, it can be cleaned by rinsing with water and allowing it to air dry, which will not affect its viscosity. Ensure the pad is dry before re-applying to a surface.

• Placement:

  Always place the stand on a flat, stable, and dust-free surface to ensure stability and proper adhesion of the anti-slip pad.

Troubleshooting

No Power/Lights Not Working

• Check USB Connection: Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the stand's input and a powered USB port on your computer or wall adapter.
• Verify Power Source: Try connecting to a different USB port or power adapter to rule out a faulty power source.
• Reset: Disconnect and reconnect the USB cable to reset the device.

USB Ports Not Functioning

• Check Main Connection: Ensure the stand is properly connected to your computer via the USB-C input.
• Device Compatibility: Confirm that the device you are connecting is compatible with USB 2.0 speeds.
• Driver Issues: For some operating systems, ensure USB drivers are up to date.

Audio Port Not Working

• Cable Connection: Ensure your audio cable is fully inserted into the 3.5mm AUX port on the stand and your audio device.
