Safety Information
WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances.
- Ensure the power outlet voltage matches the appliance's requirements.
- Do not immerse the main unit (above the MAX water line) in water. The lower stainless steel part is IPX7 waterproof, but the control panel should not be submerged.
- Always unplug the appliance from the outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
- Keep the appliance out of reach of children.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.

Setup
- Choose a Container: Select a heat-safe pot or container large enough to hold the food and the sous vide circulator, ensuring the water level will be between the MIN and MAX marks on the circulator.
- Attach the Circulator: Use the adjustable clip on the back of the Wancle Sous Vide Cooker to firmly attach it to the edge of your chosen cooking container. Ensure it is securely fastened.

- Fill with Water: Fill the container with water. The water level must be between the "MIN" and "MAX" indicators on the stainless steel part of the circulator. Do not exceed the MAX line to prevent water from entering the control panel.
- Plug In: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet. The display will illuminate.
Operating Instructions
- Power On: Press the On/Off button to turn on the device.
- Set Temperature:
- The display shows the current water temperature and the set temperature.
- Press the "Setting" button to toggle between temperature and time setting modes.
- Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the desired temperature. The temperature range is 25°C to 90°C (77°F to 194°F).
- To switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F), press and hold the "Setting" button for 3 seconds.
- Set Time:
- After setting the temperature, press the "Setting" button again to enter time setting mode.
- Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the desired cooking time (up to 99 hours and 59 minutes).
- Start Cooking: Once temperature and time are set, press the "Play/Pause" button to start the heating and circulation process. The device will begin heating the water to the set temperature.
- Add Food: Once the water reaches the set temperature, carefully place your vacuum-sealed food into the water bath. Ensure the food is fully submerged.

- Reservation Function (Delayed Start):
- To use the reservation function, set your desired temperature and time first.
- Then, press the "Reserve" button. The time display will flash.
- Use the "+" and "-" buttons to set the delay time before cooking begins.
- Press the "Play/Pause" button to confirm and start the countdown. The device will start cooking after the set delay.
- End of Cooking: The device will beep when the set cooking time is complete. Press the On/Off button to turn off the device. Carefully remove the food from the water bath.
Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Wancle Sous Vide Cooker.
Cleaning:
- Always unplug the device and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- The stainless steel lower part of the circulator is IPX7 waterproof and can be rinsed directly under running water.

- Wipe the control panel and upper body with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the entire unit.
- For mineral deposits or scale buildup on the heating coil, fill a pot with water and add a mixture of equal parts white vinegar and water. Immerse the stainless steel part of the circulator (below the MAX line) and run the device at 60°C (140°F) for 20-30 minutes. Then, rinse thoroughly.
- Dry all parts thoroughly before storing.
Storage:
Store the Wancle Sous Vide Cooker in a cool, dry place. Its compact design allows for easy storage in drawers or cupboards.
