Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the air purifier from its packaging. It is recommended to lift the unit using the designated finger holds on the upper sides.
- Filter Installation: The True HEPA H14 filters are typically pre-installed. Before first use, open the filter access doors on the sides of the unit and remove any plastic shrink wrap from the filters. Ensure the filters are correctly seated before closing the doors.
- Placement: Place the air purifier on a firm, level surface. For optimal performance, ensure there is at least 1 foot of clearance on all sides and above the unit to allow for proper airflow. Avoid placing it directly against walls or furniture.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your air purifier.
- Filter Replacement: The True HEPA H14 filter set (part number B09QRXJH7X) should be replaced approximately every 3,000 hours of operation or every 5 months, whichever comes first. The unit features a filter indicator to alert you when replacement is needed. Always unplug the unit before replacing filters.
- Cleaning the Unit: Wipe the exterior of the air purifier with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure the air inlets and outlets are free from dust and obstructions.
