The USHINING 4G Senior Cell Phone is designed with specific features to enhance usability for seniors:

4. Setup
4.1. SIM Card and Battery Installation
To begin using your USHINING 4G Senior Cell Phone, you will need to install a SIM card and the battery.
- Remove Back Cover: Gently pry open the back cover of the phone.
- Insert SIM Card: Locate the SIM card slot(s). This phone supports standard SIM cards. If you have an activated SIM card, insert it directly. If you are activating a new SIM card, it is recommended to activate it using an old phone or a smartphone first, then insert it into the USHINING phone. This is because some carriers may not recognize the IMEI of basic phones for initial activation.

- Insert Battery: Place the included 1000mAh battery into the battery compartment, ensuring the gold contacts align with the phone's terminals.
- Replace Back Cover: Carefully align and press the back cover until it clicks securely into place.
4.2. Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the phone's battery.
- Connect Charger: Plug the small end of the charging cable into the charging port on the phone or place the phone into the charging dock.
- Connect to Power: Plug the adapter into a wall outlet.
- Charge Indicator: The phone's screen will display a charging indicator. A full charge typically takes about 3 hours.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Power On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the red End Call/Power button until the screen lights up.
- Power Off: Press and hold the red End Call/Power button until the power off options appear, then select "Power off".
5.2. Making and Receiving Calls
- Making a Call:
- Enter the phone number using the large numeric keypad.
- Press the green Call button to dial.
- Receiving a Call:
- When the phone rings, press the green Call button to answer.
- To end a call, press the red End Call/Power button.
5.3. SOS Emergency Function
The SOS button provides a quick way to contact emergency numbers.
- Set Emergency Contacts: Navigate to the "SOS Settings" in the phone's menu. You can set up to 5 emergency contact numbers.
- Activate SOS: In an emergency, press and hold the red SOS button located on the rear of the phone.
- The phone will automatically dial the emergency contacts in sequence until one answers. It will also send an emergency SMS message to these contacts.

- Set Speed Dial: Go to "Contacts" or "Speed Dial Settings" in the menu. Select a number key (2-9) and assign a contact from your phonebook or enter a new number.
