Problem Possible Cause Solution
No display on main unit No power or dead batteries. Check power adapter connection or replace batteries.
Outdoor sensor not transmitting data Incorrect channel, dead batteries, or interference. Ensure main unit and sensor channels match. Replace sensor batteries. Move units away from interfering electronics.
Inaccurate temperature/humidity readings Improper sensor placement (direct sun/rain). Relocate the outdoor sensor to a shaded, well-ventilated area protected from direct weather.
Weather forecast inaccurate Device needs time to calibrate or local weather changes rapidly. Allow 7-10 days for self-calibration. The forecast is based on barometric pressure changes, not real-time satellite data.
