Setup and Installation
Follow these steps to properly set up and install your Cardo FREECOM 2X Duo system:
- Choose Mounting Location: Select a suitable location on your helmet, typically on the left side, where the unit can be easily accessed and does not obstruct your vision or movement.

Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the Control Button and Media Button simultaneously for 2 seconds.
- Power Off: Press and hold the Control Button and Media Button simultaneously for 5 seconds.
Pairing
- Pairing with Phone: In standby mode, press the Phone Button for 5 seconds. The LED will flash red and blue. Select 'Cardo FREECOM 2X' on your phone's Bluetooth settings.
- Intercom Pairing: On both units, press and hold the Intercom Button for 5 seconds until the LED flashes red. Once paired, the LED will turn solid blue.
