Maintenance
1. Cleaning the Keyboard
To clean your keyboard, first disconnect it from all power sources. Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a mild cleaning solution. For deeper cleaning, remove keycaps using the provided keycap puller and use compressed air to clear debris from between switches.
2. Switch and Keycap Replacement
As the K6 Pro is hot-swappable, you can easily replace individual switches or keycaps. Use the provided tools for safe removal and installation. Ensure proper alignment to avoid damaging pins or sockets.

Troubleshooting
- Keyboard not connecting via Bluetooth: Ensure the keyboard is in Bluetooth mode and discoverable. Remove previous pairings from your device and try pairing again. Ensure the keyboard is charged.
- Keys not responding: Check if the keyboard is in the correct operating system mode (Mac/Windows). If using wired mode, ensure the cable is securely connected. If a specific key is not working, consider hot-swapping the switch for a new one.
- Backlight issues: Use the Fn key combinations to adjust brightness or cycle through effects. Ensure the keyboard is not in a low-power state.
- QMK/VIA not detecting keyboard: Ensure the keyboard is connected via USB-C cable and the mode switch is set to 'Cable'. Restart the VIA software or web application.
