- Verify the power adapter is correctly connected and the switch is receiving power.
- Try pressing the 'Selection' button on the switch or using the remote to manually cycle through inputs.
- Test with different HDMI cables, especially if using longer cables, as cable quality can affect signal integrity.
- Ensure your display is set to the correct HDMI input channel.
- Flickering/Intermittent Signal:
- Check cable connections for looseness.
- Reduce the length of HDMI cables if possible, or use higher quality, certified HDMI cables.
- Ensure the resolution and refresh rate of your source device are supported by both the switch and your display.
- Remote Control Not Working:
- Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the IR receiver on the switch.
- Check if the remote control's battery needs replacement.
- Confirm the remote is pointed directly at the IR receiver.
- Automatic Switching Not Functioning:
- Some devices may not fully power down their HDMI signal when turned off, preventing auto-switching. In such cases, manual switching is required.
- Ensure the source device is fully powered on and outputting a signal.
