Introduction

The Asmix WCE01 Dry Erase Eraser with Cleaner is an innovative tool designed to maintain the cleanliness of your whiteboards. The WCE01 unit consists of:

• Eraser Cover: Made of PP (Polypropylene).
• Eraser Pad: Made of EVA (Ethylene-vinyl acetate) and Cotton.
• Built-in Cleaner Bottle: Made of PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) with a PP (Polypropylene) cap.
• Neodymium Magnet: Integrated for magnetic attachment to whiteboards.
• Cleaner Solution: 30 ml volume, containing purified water, surfactant, sodium citrate, sodium glyconate, and betaine.

Setup

The Asmix WCE01 is designed for immediate use right out of the packaging. No assembly is required. The cleaner solution is pre-filled.

1. Unpack the WCE01 unit from its packaging.
2. Ensure the cleaner bottle is securely seated within the eraser unit.
3. The unit is now ready for use on any dry erase whiteboard surface.

Operating Instructions

Using as a Dry Erase Eraser

For general erasing of dry erase markers, simply use the eraser pad on the back of the unit.

• Hold the WCE01 unit comfortably in your hand.
• Press the black eraser pad firmly against the whiteboard surface.
• Move the eraser across the markings you wish to remove.
• The tapered parts of the eraser allow for precise corrections.

Using the Integrated Cleaner Spray

When whiteboard markings are difficult to remove with the eraser alone, or if the board appears dirty, use the integrated cleaner spray.

1. Position the spray nozzle towards the area of the whiteboard you wish to clean.
2. Press the pump mechanism to release a fine mist of cleaner solution onto the surface.
3. Immediately wipe the sprayed area with the eraser pad.
4. Repeat as necessary for heavily soiled areas.

Magnetic Storage

The WCE01 features a built-in neodymium magnet for convenient storage.

• Simply place the back of the WCE01 unit against any magnetic whiteboard surface.
• The magnet will securely hold the eraser in place, ensuring it is always within reach and does not require separate storage space.

Maintenance

Refilling the Cleaner Solution

When the cleaner solution runs out, it can be easily refilled using the Asmix WCE02 Cleaner Set (sold separately).

1. Gently pull the empty cleaner bottle out from the top of the WCE01 eraser unit.
2. Take a new WCE02 refill bottle.
3. Insert the new refill bottle into the opening until it clicks securely into place.
4. The WCE01 is now ready for continued use with fresh cleaner.

Troubleshooting

The Asmix WCE01 is designed to address common whiteboard cleaning challenges.

• Problem: Markings are difficult to erase with the dry eraser alone, or the whiteboard appears dirty with residue.
• Solution: Utilize the integrated cleaner spray. Spray a small amount of cleaner directly onto the stubborn markings or dirty areas, then immediately wipe with the eraser pad. The cleaner solution is formulated to break down dry erase ink and dirt for easier removal.
• Problem: Cleaner spray is not dispensing or is weak.
• Solution: Check the cleaner bottle's liquid level. If empty, replace it with an Asmix WCE02 refill. Ensure the bottle is properly seated and the pump mechanism is not obstructed.
