Setup and Installation
Careful installation is crucial for optimal performance and safety. Ensure the vehicle's power is disconnected before beginning installation.
Mounting the Speakers and Control Unit
- The 6.5-inch marine speakers feature a universal standard OEM replacement size with a mounting depth of 2.3 inches and a cut-out diameter of 5.75 inches.
- The control unit can be flush-mounted in-console. Use the provided installation/mounting kit.
Wiring Connections
Refer to the wiring diagram below for proper connections. Ensure all connections are secure and insulated to prevent short circuits.
- Power (Yellow Wire): Connect to a constant +12V DC power source (Battery (+)).
- Ground (Black Wire): Connect to the vehicle's chassis ground (Battery (-)).
- Accessory (Red Wire): Connect to a switched +12V DC accessory power source. This connection is necessary to power up the amplifier.
- Remote (Blue Wire): Connect to the remote turn-on lead of an external amplifier if used.
- Speaker Outputs: Connect the speaker wires to the corresponding channels (CH1, CH2, CH3, CH4) on the speakers, observing polarity (+/-).

Operating Instructions
Once installed, operate your Pyle PLMRKT401 system using the control unit.
Power On/Off
- Press and hold the POWER button on the control unit to turn the system on or off.
Wireless Bluetooth Streaming
The control unit features a built-in Wireless Bluetooth streaming audio receiver.
- Ensure the control unit is powered on.
- Press the BT PAIR button to enter Bluetooth pairing mode. The indicator light may flash.
- On your smartphone, tablet, or other Bluetooth-enabled device, search for available Bluetooth devices.
- Select the network name 'PyleUSA' from the list.
- Once connected, the indicator light will become solid, and you can stream audio wirelessly.

Connecting External Devices (Aux/USB)
You can connect additional external audio devices via the Aux (3.5mm) input or USB port.
- Connect your device to the Aux (3.5mm) input jack or USB port on the control unit.
- Press the SOURCE button on the control unit to switch to the appropriate input (Aux or USB).
- Adjust volume and playback from your connected device or the control unit.
Volume Control
- Use the VOL + and VOL - buttons on the control unit to adjust the volume.
