Maintenance
Cleaning
To clean the clock, gently wipe the screen and casing with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners, sprays, or abrasive materials, as these can damage the display or finish.
Battery Backup
The clock includes an internal CR2032 battery for backup purposes. This battery ensures that time and settings are retained in the event of a power outage. The battery is not user-replaceable and is designed for internal memory retention, not for powering the display.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Clock does not power on. | Power adapter not connected or faulty. | Ensure the power adapter is securely plugged into the clock and a working electrical outlet. Try a different outlet. |

| Screen is too bright/dim. | Brightness settings need adjustment. | Use the dedicated dimming button or adjust brightness settings in the 'Display Settings' menu. |
| Talking feature not working. | Volume is muted or too low. | Check the volume settings in the menu. |
