Setup

1. Battery Installation

The Godox TT685O II Flash typically requires four (4) AA batteries (not included). Ensure correct polarity when inserting batteries.

1. Locate the battery compartment on the side or rear of the flash unit.
2. Slide the battery compartment cover open.
3. Insert four AA batteries according to the polarity indicators (+/-).
4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

2. Mounting on Camera

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

Press and hold the power button (usually marked with a power symbol) to turn the flash on or off. The LCD panel will illuminate upon power-on.

Flash Modes

The TT685O II supports various flash modes. Press the MODE button to cycle through them.

• TTL (Through-The-Lens): Automatic flash output based on camera metering.
• Manual (M): Manually set flash power output (e.g., 1/1, 1/2, 1/4, etc.).
• Multi (Stroboscopic): Fires a series of rapid flashes.
