3. Setup and Assembly
Your PEXMOR Electric Bike arrives 85% assembled. The following steps and video guide will assist you in completing the assembly.
3.1 Unboxing and Component Identification
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts listed in the packing list are present. The package includes the electric bike, charger, and necessary tools.
3.2 Assembly Steps
- Handlebar Installation: Attach the handlebar to the stem, ensuring it is centered and tightened securely.
- Front Wheel Installation: Install the front wheel, aligning the disc brake rotor with the caliper. Secure the wheel nuts firmly.
- Front Fender and Headlight Installation: Attach the front fender and headlight to the front fork using the provided screws.
- Seat Post and Saddle Installation: Insert the seat post into the frame and adjust the saddle height to your preference. Secure the quick-release clamp.
- Pedal Installation: Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. Thread the pedals into the crank arms, ensuring correct orientation, and tighten them with a wrench.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Powering On/Off and Display Functions
To power on the bike, press and hold the power button on the LCD display. The display will show battery level, speed, mileage, and assist level. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the pedal assist level (PAS).

4.2 Riding Modes
- Ordinary Bicycle Mode: Ride the bike like a traditional bicycle without electric assistance.
- PAS (Pedal Assist System) Mode: The motor provides assistance as you pedal. Adjust the assist level using the display controls. This mode offers a range of 90-100 KM (55-62 Miles).
- Electric Mode: Use the throttle for full electric power without pedaling. This mode offers a range of 80 KM (49 Miles).
4.3 Charging the Battery
