1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Setup and First Use

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the air fryer and all packaging materials. Keep packaging for future storage if needed.

  3. Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of clear space around the back and sides of the appliance for proper ventilation. Do not place it directly against a wall or under cabinets.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet (220V).
  5. Initial Run (Burn-in): For the first use, it is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes at 180°C (356°F) to eliminate any manufacturing odors. A slight odor may be present, which is normal and will dissipate. Ensure the area is well-ventilated during this process.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Basic Operation

  1. Pull out the cooking basket from the main unit using the handle.
  2. Place your ingredients into the basket. Do not overfill the basket; ensure there is enough space for air circulation.
  3. Slide the cooking basket back into the air fryer until it clicks into place.
  4. Press the power button on the control panel to turn on the appliance.
  5. Setting Temperature and Time:
    • Use the temperature control buttons (usually +/- or dedicated temperature icons) to set the desired cooking temperature (80°C to 200°C).
    • Use the timer control buttons (usually +/- or dedicated timer icons) to set the desired cooking time (up to 60 minutes).
  6. Press the start button (often the power button again or a dedicated play/pause icon) to begin cooking.
  7. During cooking, you can pull out the basket to shake or turn the food. The air fryer will pause automatically and resume when the basket is reinserted.
  8. When the cooking time is complete, the air fryer will beep and automatically shut off.
  9. Carefully pull out the basket and empty the cooked food onto a plate. Use heat-resistant tongs or utensils.

5.2 Using Preset Programs

The Camry CR 6311 Air Fryer features 9 preset programs for common dishes. These programs automatically set optimal temperature and time, which can then be adjusted manually if needed.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

  1. Before Cleaning: Always unplug the air fryer from the power outlet and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.
  2. Cooking Basket and Inner Pan:
    • Remove the cooking basket and inner pan.
    • Wash them in warm soapy water using a non-abrasive sponge. For stubborn food residue, soak them in warm water for about 10 minutes.
    • Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reassembling.
    • These parts are generally dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to prolong the life of the non-stick coating.
  3. Main Unit:
    • Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
    • Never immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
  4. Heating Element:
    • If necessary, gently clean the heating element inside the appliance with a cleaning brush to remove any food residue. Ensure the appliance is completely cool and unplugged.
  5. Storage: Store the cleaned and dry air fryer in a cool, dry place.
